This Wednesday, May 11th, we will have fun creating unique, low-carb lettuce wraps. Who says l0w-carb diets have to be bland and tough to swallow. Spice things up with a nutritious wrap packed with a punch of flavor and you’ll never feel like you’re dieting again.
Speaking of spicing it up, the following session has that covered with a sizzling salsa and guacamole recipe. Each recipe is a healthy alternative to traditional snacks, leaving your guests guilt-free after a potential over-indulge. Held on Monday, June 13th, this will be the final session for the summer.
