Located in the lower level of the Rec, down the left hallway, you will find spinning, Wolleyball, TRX and more at your disposal to spice up your workouts and keep your body guessing. The 5 courts are a sure way to stay on track with your athletic endeavors as you dodge workout tedium, creating fitness levels of rock hard prestige.
Each court puts their personal spin on living a healthy and active lifestyle! Court 3 has proven just that by becoming the new cycle studio in September. Previously housing the punching bag, TRX and rowers, it has been transformed into a state-of-the-art, calorie torching, spinning space. Sign up for this exciting workout filled with bumping music to keep you motivated through those increased resistances!
If you feel you have had your fair share of cardio, not to worry, the equipment and free weights from Court 3, were moved to Court 5, along with some added flare.
Newly remodeled, Court 5 provides an opportunity to workout in a secluded area, away from the hustle and bustle of the fitness center. The copious equipment to choose from halts workout monotony, keeping it fresh and you engaged.
Along, with cycles, TRX, and rowers, “oh my”, we always make room for some friendly competitive sport with our three racquetball courts available for reservation. One of which, is equipped for Walleyball!
To reserve one of the racquetball courts, head down to the service desk and they will take care of you! Reservations must be done 24 hours prior to usage and maximum reserve time is for one hour.
