How long have you been frequenting the Rec?
Since shortly after it opened – but I did use the ‘old’ facility as a Varsity Swimmer and as a student!
What keeps you coming back?
I come for the benefits: health, staff, programs, facility, and training with other tri-athletes.
What are your favorite activities to do at the Rec?
Putting off training by talking to people (but eventually the work starts…)
What three words would you use to describe the Rec Center or your experience there?
Great facility, people, programs (OK – 4 words).
What are your fitness goals this year?
Stay healthy, improve performance at Senior Olympics and local triathlons.
What is the #1 tip you would give to a new Rec Center member to achieve his or her fitness goals?
Take time to explore the offerings, use the staff – they are there for you!!
