How long have you been frequenting the Rec?
Since 2008. I bought a membership back when employees did not use the Rec for free. Paul, Donna, and I have been walking regularly ever since. I also use the Rec with my wife on weekends. She has a paid membership.
What keeps you coming back?
The facilities are great, the staff is very friendly, and it is so convenient to use; there is no excuse for not working out!
What are your favorite activities to do at the Rec?
Using the track for walking or running and weight machines.
What three words would you use to describe the Rec Center or your experience there?
Convenient, friendly, and versatile.
What are your fitness goals this year?
I’ve had the goal of working out at least four times each week.
What is the #1 tip you would give to a new Rec Center member to achieve his or her fitness goals?
Find someone to go with you and establish a consistent time of day to go. It’s much easier to go if you are meeting someone there.
