How long have you been frequenting the Rec?
I have been frequenting the Rec for several years now, I believe at least since 2006.
What keeps you coming back (ex. the staff, the fitness programs, etc.)?
I enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly staff who greet you when you enter.
What are your favorite activities to do at the Rec?
My favorite activity at the Rec is walking on the indoor track. I like to look out over campus through the windows while I’m able to clear my thoughts.
What three words would you use to describe the Rec Center or your experience there?
Easy, comfortable, and stress relieving.
What are your fitness goals this year?
My goal this year is to become healthier and to elevate my current fitness level.
What is the #1 tip you would give to a new Rec Center member to achieve his or her fitness goals? Find an activity that you love, that way it doesn’t seem like work.
