Total Body Sculpt

Every Tuesday, you can find me, my regulars, and some new adventurous souls in Studio 897 for a 60-minute total body workout. We usually start with a dynamic warm-up that mimics the exercises to come in the actual workout.

The way I structure the class is with circuits consisting of 3-4 exercises, back to back, with little rest in between. This not only keeps our heart rates up but also makes the time fly!

Here’s a sample workout: Complete each round 3x through, 20 repetitions of each exercise. Remember proper form and safety cues!

Round 1:

  • Squats
  • Push-ups
  • Jumping jacks
  • Planks

Round 2:

  • Alternating lunges
  • Bent-over rows
  • High knees
  • Side plank (each side)

Round 3:

  • Plie squats
  • Biceps curls
  • Triceps dips
  • Butt kicks
  • Back extensions
