How Stress Affects the Body

This is it. The end of the semester that you’ve been dreading is approaching.  We find ourselves drowning in term papers and exams, curing the sleep deprivation with loads of caffeine, and counting down the days until it’s all over. It’s important to know how detrimental stress can be to your bodily functions needed for that big exam day! You can look  forward to more stress management tips within the next couple weeks.
